  • Manage Applications: Track and organise grant applications in one centralised location
  • AI-Powered Assistance: Receive intelligent recommendations and application support
  • Financial Analysis: Access budgeting tools and financial justification assistance
  • Deadline Management: Receive notifications and reminders for important dates
  • Document Storage: Securely store and manage application materials

3. Account Registration and Eligibility

3.1 Eligibility Requirements

Our services are exclusively available to:

  • Registered charities in England, Wales, Scotland, or Northern Ireland
  • Community Interest Companies (CICs)
  • Other qualifying non-profit organisations
  • Authorised representatives of eligible organisations

3.2 Account Registration

To use our services, you must:

4. Subscription Plans and Payment Terms

4.2 Payment Terms

  • Billing: Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis

6. User Content and Data

You retain ownership of all content you upload, including:

6.2 Licence to Us

By uploading content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to:

  • Backup and protect your data for security purposes
  • Share content with grant providers when you submit applications

6.3 Content Standards

All user content must be:

  • Accurate, truthful, and up-to-date

7. AI-Powered Features and Limitations

Our AI-powered features provide:

7.2 Important Limitations

AI Recommendations Are Not Guaranteed:

  • AI suggestions are based on available data and algorithms
  • We do not guarantee grant application success
  • You remain responsible for verifying all information
  • Final application decisions rest entirely with grant providers
  • AI-generated content should be reviewed and customised

8. Third-Party Grant Providers

Our platform connects you with various grant providers, but:

  • We are not affiliated with or agents of grant providers
  • Grant providers have their own terms, conditions, and requirements
  • We do not guarantee grant availability or approval
  • Application success depends on merit and provider criteria
  • We are not responsible for grant provider decisions or policies

Due Diligence: You are responsible for researching grant providers, verifying their legitimacy, and ensuring compliance with their specific requirements.

9. Intellectual Property Rights

The GrantSeeker platform, including all software, databases, algorithms, designs, and content, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not:

  • Create competing services based on our platform

9.2 Feedback and Suggestions
